PURCHASE ORDERS

We happily accept Purchase Orders. Steps for fastest processing:

1. Put your shopping cart together, then proceed to Checkout

2. In the Payment section, select Paying by alternate method and complete your order. You will not be charged during checkout.

3. Submit your PO using the form below

Alternatively, you may submit a Purchase Order using this form instead of placing your order online. In that case, we will place your order for you and send a confirmation by email within 1-2 business days. Submitting your PO without placing an order does not reserve or verify stock availability. Doing so might lead to delays or revisions to your order.

TAX EXEMPT FORMS

If you are purchasing on behalf of a tax-exempt entity, please upload your state exemption form.

DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER UNTIL YOU RECEIVE VERIFICATION THAT WE HAVE APPLIED EXEMPTION TO YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT. This process may take up to 1 business day. If you place an order prior to verification, your order will be delayed. If you have already been verified, you do not need to submit again unless you are using a different email address.
